So Peony (mp)
So Peony (mp)
Original Flower Photograph of a Peony
There are certainly prettier flowers, and flowers that smell more divine than the Peony, however, the Peony has to be at the top of the list for both. So beautiful. Closing up at night, and opening again in the morning. So many big, soft, petals. The fragrance fills the whole room … With this subtle, sweet, intoxicating aroma… Beautiful growing outside, however, I love to have them inside as well. They make a very short appearance in the spring. … And, oh! … How I wish they were around longer… This photo reminds me when they are not around, of their beauty that I enjoy admiring so much, and of that sweet smell that I so love catching a wiff of.
